As a perk, Nationwide Children's Hospital provides a match to the contributions you make to the 403(b), which will be added to your defined contribution 401(a) plan.

  • Match rate: We will match 50% of your contributions up to 3%
  • Minimum required hours: 1,000 hours in a calendar year are required for this match

Be sure to contribute at least 3% of your compensation to receive your full employer match money. For example, if you contribute 5% of your salary, we’ll add an additional 1.5% to your defined contribution plan.
